E3 2010 – Halo Reach

So if you’ve been reading our E3 coverage you probably guessed I’m pretty excited about everything (I promise I’ll go back to ‘normal’ in a couple of days…)

But there is one thing that overshadows everything thing else in my world when in comes to gaming, and that is Halo…

So you will understand why Bungie’s E3 news has my inner fanboy freaking out about Reach! (in a good way)

You don’t? Well that’s probably because you haven’t heard the news yet…

EPIC NEWS NUMBER 1

Remember Firefight from ‘Halo 3 : ODST’? Well Bungie has confirmed that it is making a comeback in ’Reach’, but not the firefight you knew… Apart from the enhancements to the gametype that ’Reach’ will bring, it is also going to feature a proper matchmaking system and other wicked updates.

But in true ‘Bungie’ fashion (because Bungie is awesome like that) that’s not all!…

They also released some single player campaign footage. I use the term single player loosely as it will feature 4player co-op!!!

And if that wasn’t enough for you already… You and your Sabre (UNSC fighter craft) are going to be able to take it to those Covy bastards in space combat!!!! Check out the too awesome for words video below.
Unfortunately it has been confirmed that the space combat will be restricted to the campaign, so your only hope of multiplayer space combat will be in the co-op.
