Marvel Universe Vs. The Punisher. A new story from writer Harvey Klinger and artist Goran Parlov.
It looks awesome!
Think “Marvel Zombies” meets the “Texas Chain-saw Massacre”… they get horribly drunk… wake up nine months later… and they are the proud parents of a skull wearing bundle of joy and cleaning his fecking M:16 with a bloodied cloth.
In this alternate timeline, a virus [yes another one] has turned all the super heroes across the world into blood thirsty, very fecking crazy, cannibals.
All of them, except good old Frank Castle aka The mother-fuckin Punisher!
The dude see’s everything as right or wrong, good and evil… and when he gazes across the city of New York and witnesses the so called protectors eating the innocent… the Punisher does what he does best.
So, the big question on my mind is, how the hell is Frank going to deal with such huge characters like the Hulk, The Thing and Wolverine? The dude would have a hard time dealing with them when they were the good guys but now there is going to be nothing to hold these bastards back!
The artwork and colour looks perfect for setting the mood for a story told on a chaotic landscape and the writing looks set to be short; sweet; and straight to the point, none of the over the top “I’m going to speak during the entire fight and explain bit by bit how Im doing things” variety (yes Im talking to you Chris Claremont!)
This is The Punishers time to shine! To show the world that when it comes down to it, shooting a bastard in the head is way more effective then sending them to prison. Leave your comments and tell me what you think.

Hope you enjoy the series. One quick comment, when the preview went out there was an error in that ‘Harvey Klinger’ was listed as writer. That was a goof back at the Marvel offices. Harvey’s actually my literary agent (not a comic book writer!)
Goron Parlov did amazing artwork on the series, and the moody colors by Lee Loughridge are perfect.
As for how Frank tackles the Hulk and other heavyweights…you’ll see.
Have fun with it. We sure as hell did.
