Oh no, they killed Carmine?

By Supercopygurl, July 26, 2010 2 Gaming

I have never liked Carmine, who on more than one occasion has caused my bitter end. Our violent relationship has left me scarred and the name Carmine shall never be seen in a positive light again.

- PHASE 2 -

By Cryst, July 17, 2010 1 Blog

I know I was supposed to launch phase 2 yesterday, but in my defence we had an electrician in that kept switching our power off every couple of minutes, so posting was impossible (that and I was busy running around starting off phase 2′s IRL launch).
So now, provided no malicious electritians come visit, we can get down to business…

And then I saw this…

I know I use the word awesome a lot… Or more accurately I am an awesome prolifirating whore.

And to be honest I never saw a problem with it, and then Supercopygurl showed me something (not that you dirty, dirty people) and my perceptions of what is actually deserving of word awesome completely changed…

E3 Game Critics Awards Rundown

By Boonichiwa, July 7, 2010 Comments Off Blog, Gaming, Tech

So E3 has come and gone, but thoughts of it still linger. New and exciting gaming concepts are just around the corner, new-fangled gadgetry ready to fill our hearts and minds (and floor space), and fresh ammunition for fanboys the world over to keep the console war going. As we all know it’s vitally important that we know what critics think, it’s time to look back at it all and think to ourselves “That’ll do pig…”.

Today is the day Marty McFly went back to the future

By Supercopygurl, July 6, 2010 24 Blog

Today’s the day Marty McFly time travelled to in “Back To The Future II”. Now isn’t this a blast from the past. Wow did they have it wrong, we still don’t have hover boards or robots serving burgers and chips but we didn’t fail completely because we do have Twitter!

E3 2010 – Round up [UPDATE]

By Cryst, June 28, 2010 2 Gaming

So E3 has been over for a while now, and I’m pretty happy that it is…
Don’t get me wrong, like all gamers, I love E3! But trying to keep up with the mass of information that it creates is the thing of nightmares!!
I think we did ok-ish in our coverage, but I think next year we will enlist some video game journalism trolls or if they are unavailable then some interns (is there actually much of a difference?)
Thankfully though this will be our last E3 post, and after this things will go back to normal…hopefully

So seeing that this is our last E3 post, let’s sum up…

E3 2010 – Another reason to shit bricks!!!

By Cryst, June 17, 2010 5 Gaming

It seems that EA realised their mistake of appointing an “unproven” studio to handle the development of ‘Need for Speed: Shift’, and have made the GENIUS descision to appoint a real heavy hitter to handle the latest installment of the titanic series!…

Welcome to the Gun-Show!

By Cryst, June 15, 2010 1 Blog, Gaming

I love shooters…

First person; Third Person; Over the shoulder; Tactical; if it has guns and a crosshair I’m going to love it! (well as long as it’s not ‘Fracture’)

But no matter how much love I gave them, they never loved me back :(
