The console war is… over

Blu-ray; 3D; motion control; storage; seek speed; anything I’ve forgotten?

Well none of that matters any more, because according to a Tweet (yes a tweet) by Aaron Greenberg (director of product management at Xbox).

The Tweet in question is: “Just in from research team (NPD): Halo 3 has outsold Resistance 1 + 2, Uncharted 1+2, Killzone 2 and God of War III COMBINED….wow”

(So far these figures are unconfirmed, but watch this space!)

Add to that the current $5 million FFXIII PS3 bricking lawsuit, and we can all see that Xbox360 has a commanding lead in the console war.

So to my fellow Xbox 360 fanboys, have fun… (and to the PS3 crowd… SUCK IT!!!)

I remember when Xbox’s were supposedly cheaper than a PS3 and apparently had more exclusive content. You’ll have to excuse my skepticism.
